2. Technical Evaluation & Feasibility

Our R&D team conducts a thorough evaluation of the request, checking feasibility based on:

Material system compatibility

Synthesis routes and processing capabilities

Estimated lead time and cost

We may provide suggestions for optimizing performance or manufacturability if needed.

3. Quotation & Confirmation

A formal quotation is submitted including:
Technical specification sheet
Pricing and delivery schedule
Terms for prototype samples (if applicable)

4. Development & Production

Upon order confirmation, production begins under controlled conditions. For complex or novel materials, a small-scale prototype is typically prepared first for customer evaluation.

5. Quality Control & Certification

All customized products undergo full in-house testing. COA and test reports are provided, and third-party verification can be arranged if required.

6. Delivery & Feedback

Materials are securely packaged and delivered with full documentation. We actively collect user feedback to improve future batches or to refine specifications for scaling up.
