Tantalum Tungsten Alloy rods are high entropy alloy materials designed for advanced applications in extreme environments, with excellent high temperature strength, thermal stability and corrosion resistance. This alloy combines the advantages of tantalum (Ta) and tungsten (W) and is widely used in aerospace, vacuum equipment, high temperature furnaces and thin film deposition.
We can provide Tantalum Tungsten Alloy rods in various specifications, including different diameters, lengths and customized purity grades. Each alloy rod is strictly process controlled and quality tested to ensure its long-term stability under complex working conditions.
Composition ratio: customizable according to demand
High melting point: > 3,000°C
High density: about 17.2 g/cm³
Excellent thermal shock and corrosion resistance
Good mechanical strength and conductivity
Customizable size
Semiconductor industry: used as diffusion barrier material and sputtering target pre-processing raw material in chip manufacturing process
High temperature vacuum equipment: used for ion source, electrode, vacuum furnace hot zone components, etc.
Aerospace: used as high temperature load-bearing structural parts in rocket nozzles and thermal protection systems
Thin film material: can be processed into sputtering target material, used as electrode or gate material for high-power devices
Nuclear industry: used as structural material in special scenarios requiring radiation resistance and corrosion resistance
Each batch of Tantalum Tungsten Alloy bars is provided with a quality analysis report (COA), material safety data sheet (MSDS) and composition analysis results when leaving the factory. We also support third-party testing services to help customers meet higher-level quality certification requirements.
