Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What is the difference between a refrigeration and heating circulator and a cooling circulator?

A refrigeration and heating circulator provides both heating and cooling within one circulation system. A cooling circulator is primarily designed to supply a cooling source. The appropriate choice depends on the required temperature range and whether the process requires both heating and cooling.

Q2. Which temperature ranges are available?

The series includes different temperature configurations, with the brochure describing overall options from −120 °C to 200 °C. The actual operating range depends on the product series, model, and configuration. Please confirm the required temperature range when requesting a quotation.

Q3. How do I choose the reservoir capacity?

Reservoir capacity should be selected according to the connected equipment, heat-transfer medium requirements, process load, and circulation arrangement. The capacity of the external reactor or apparatus should not be used as the only selection criterion.

Q4. Can these systems be connected to an external reactor?

Selected models are designed to provide circulating heating or cooling for external equipment, including reactors and jacketed vessels. Confirm the required inlet and outlet connections, flow rate, pump head, and temperature range before selecting a model.

Q5. Are sealed and explosion-proof configurations available?

Sealed and explosion-proof configurations are available in selected product series. Availability, specifications, and applicable certifications depend on the model. Please provide your operating environment and relevant requirements for confirmation.

Q6. Can I request a customized temperature control system?

Yes. Selected models offer configuration options such as different temperature ranges, reservoir capacities, and water-cooled refrigeration. Contact us with your application details to confirm the available options.
