Applications of Hafnium Sulfide granules

2D Material Research: HfS₂ can be exfoliated into single or multi-layer 2D sheets for the exploration of novel electronic/optoelectronic devices.
Field-Effect Transistors (FETs): As a channel material, HfS₂ offers a moderate band gap and carrier mobility, making it a powerful complement to traditional silicon materials. Solid Lubricant: HfS₂ exhibits excellent lubrication properties under high temperature and vacuum conditions and is used in aerospace and precision instrumentation.
Battery Material: HfS₂, as an anode material for lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, exhibits high theoretical specific capacity and cycling stability.

Reports

We provide a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and relevant technical data sheets for each batch. Upon request, we also provide third-party testing reports to ensure compliance with international R&D and industry standards.
