We provide COA (report of analysis) for each batch of shipped products, including:
Compositional analysis (ICP-OES, XRF, GDMS, etc.)
Particle size distribution (laser particle sizer)
Phase composition (XRD)
Specific surface area (BET, for nanopowders)
Density/purity/appearance quality inspection report
What coating systems are your targets compatible with?
Our targets are compatible with most major vacuum coating systems, including:
Magnetron Sputtering (MS)
E-beam Evaporation
Thermal Evaporation
Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS)
Co-sputtering, multi-target alternating deposition systems
Targets support rectangular, circular, rotary, ring and other specifications for laboratory and industrial production lines.
Do you support international shipping? Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We serve global customers and can ship to Europe, America, Asia, Australia and other regions.
Most of the products are in stock, small quantities support MOQ.
