Ytterbium silicide granules are metal silicide particles. Their unique electronic structure and rare earth-silicon covalent properties enable them to exhibit excellent performance in high-temperature conductive coatings, thermoelectric materials, thin film deposition, and new semiconductor structures. We provide Ytterbium silicide granules with a purity of 99.5%, high uniformity, low oxygen content, and good phase stability.
We can provide different particle sizes according to customer needs, and offer technical data support and after-sales service to meet the diverse needs of scientific research and industrial customers.
Phase composition: single YbSi₂ crystal phase
Particle size: customized according to customer requirements
High density, uniform particles
Good conductivity and anti-oxidation stability, suitable for use in high temperature environments
Low oxygen content, suitable for vacuum coating, ceramic synthesis and composite material substrate addition
Thin film deposition materials: used as rare earth silicide target sintering materials, suitable for thin film processes such as PVD/CVD
Thermoelectric and energy materials: used as rare earth thermoelectric materials or intermediate layer materials for new thermal energy conversion devices
