Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son excellente \u00e9volutivit\u00e9 pour la production de masse, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019une des m\u00e9thodes les plus pratiques pour produire de la poudre de carbure de tantale.<\/p><p><strong>2. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la recherche en laboratoire et le d\u00e9veloppement de poudres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>5. D\u00e9p\u00f4t chimique en phase vapeur (CVD)<\/strong><\/p><p>Le CVD est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer des rev\u00eatements de TaC, plut\u00f4t que des poudres en vrac.
